Who doesn’t love pancakes or waffles? I mean, really?
If it were up to me, I would eat them everyday. Ok fine, actually it is up to me…but eating these goodies daily can really wreck havoc on your health! Good news is there are some ways to clean them up though!
I recently made this recipe for Johnnycake-Style Pancakes Topped With Fresh Blueberry Preserves and oh boy are they delicious! One of my favorite parts of summer is the availability of so much fresh fruit- it’s such a great substitute for other sugar-laden topping options!
