Hi there! My name is Kelsey and I’m a has-been New York City-living, bodybuilding, all-or-nothing kind of gal who is enjoying a slower life in a small town off the Chesapeake Bay. I am a Mad Dogg Certified Spinning Instructor currently studying to become a Registered Dietician and so, I love food! I am passionate about promoting a more natural, sustainable lifestyle with a goal of being happy and healthy both mentally and physically!
This past year I’ve been going through a lot of changes and transitions. Health and happiness isn’t a one size fits all and I’m working on figuring out what works best for me. I’d love if you’d join me in my journey as I focus on balance by simplifying my life and paying more attention to the little things. It’s a long process, but one that I think will be worth it!
